Privacy & data use

A plain-language summary of what this study collects, why, and how you stay in control of it.

Who collects your information

This research survey is operated privately by Dr. Deb under Vitality Wisdom Hub™. Responses are reviewed personally by Dr. Deb and are not shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

What is collected

The answers you provide in the survey, including your name, email address, country, time zone, and — only if you request a complimentary session — your WhatsApp number and contact preference.

A small amount of technical context is also recorded: the page you arrived on, the referring domain, campaign parameters in the link you used, and a general device category. Full IP addresses and precise location are not stored.

Why it is collected

To understand how people experience energy, balance, and wellbeing, so that Dr. Deb can design more relevant holistic programs.

To respond to you if you specifically request a complimentary session, and to send occasional resources only if you separately opt in.

How it is stored

Responses are stored in an access-controlled database. Only Dr. Deb's verified administrator account can read individual responses; no other visitor to this site can retrieve them.

How long it is kept

Research responses are retained for as long as they remain useful for program development, and reviewed periodically. You may ask for your response to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

Consenting to research does not subscribe you to marketing. Updates are sent only if you tick the separate opt-in, and every update includes an unsubscribe link.

To access, correct, or delete your response, email drdeb@vitalitywisdomhub.com from the address you used in the survey.

Important health note

This survey is for research and general wellbeing purposes only. It is not a medical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are experiencing a health emergency, contact your local emergency service.
